Nutrition is a science based, yet holistic approach to healthcare, based on the conviction that food as nature intended is a form of medicine that can heal, protect, nurture and support good health. Our bodies can adapt to most situations but given the proper raw materials they may restore balance.

Prevention is key in nutrition and education should be available to all on the basics of life – the food we should eat! Explaining and encouraging is part of my role and supporting all to take responsibility for their health.

Ceratin diseases may be due to nutritional deficiencies that may have accumulated in our diet over time. I endorse a nutrient dense, wholefood diet as well as supplementation if appropriate. Your programme is food led. As we are all unique each programme is unique.
