Welcome to my website. I live in South Liverpool, and have clinics (1 to 1’s), seminars and courses on ZEST4LIFE, nutrition and herbal medicine in Central Manchester and South Liverpool.
My interest started in “complementary” medicine and what I like to refer to as “original medicine,” started seriously through an illness within my family. My career path has lead me to be involved, in total, with 16 years in banking and auditing, however my schoolgirl interest in the miracle that is the human body was reignited through starting a course of study in herbal medicine, and I now know that I will never stop studying and learning, whether it’s through CPD or through my friends, family and patients.
I qualified with a degree in herbal medicine in 2002 (College of Phytotherapy) and then studied for a further 3 years – post graduate studies in Nutritional Therapy at the world renowned Institute of Optimum Nutrition founded by Patrick Holford. I have been practising since 2002 with clinics in Manchester (within Neal’s Yard), and South Liverpool. I have worked at UCLAN (Preston) at their herbal medicine training clinic as a clinic supervisor and love presenting, teaching and sharing what we know about natural remedies.
I have a passion for herbs, nutrition and wellbeing and how we can integrate all these into a healthy life for us and our loved ones. We all can take responsibility and control of our health. In the mindfield that is the modern world I provide support and guidance.
I am qualified and I work uniquely with herbal medicine, nutrition and coaching. A great combination!
My guidance is bespoke, realistic, practical and achievable – always with the goal of improved health and well being.
I am a member of NIMH and BANT and fully insured and safe guarded by the strict codes of ethics of these regulatory bodies
